Judging by my experience and other reviews here, this item has a quality control problem. Some folks are getting good versions with clear instructions - while others, like me, are having problems.First, the instructions are not clear at all. One side of the sheet has a list of parts that aren't all included, while the other side of the same sheet of paper shows a diagram with a slightly different set of parts. The parts that actually came in the box don't match either (extra pieces, missing pieces). There are no written instructions so I'm not even sure what parts I actually should have or if I'm even putting it together right. I'm just winging it.Second, the screws for the part that attaches the board to the stand don't fit in the holes in the stand. I've been trying for hours to get them through. I can't tell yet if I'll be successful.Otherwise, it actually seems like it will be a good product if I ever get it put together.Cons of the product I've received are - The instructions was just a picture, no step by step of how to. If it wasn't for a video of a man showing every little part of the board he bought, I would have not known how to put it together. My board came damaged. It had dents, looked like someone walked on it. Another problem is only one side of it is usable. I tried erasing it, using a glass cleaner, soap and water, and it will not come off easy like the other side. I have no idea what part of this board is made of glass either. The markers that came with the board were dries out and unusable. The marker holder doesn't not hold the markers it came with. The following pros are - it's is sturdy, easy to move, and its flippable. This all. Like the title says, My board is just an okay board.White Board was warped. Instructions were for a different model. Holes for screws were not threaded. Do not purchase this - you get what you pay for. Needed it for activities in an assisted living community. I’m very frustrated.The whiteboard was dented and warped in a few places. Will keep it but would like a credit of some kind to make up for the damage. Attached are pictures but the glare on the board doesn't allow the damage to show up very well but you can see some of it. Please let me know how you want to handle this.Thanks,RickThe board is pretty flimsy, but still holds together. There was a knob missing in our package, wrote to manufacturer but have not had any follow up. Now have to manually use a nut to tighten the board. The package is too big to drag to store for return plus the box was ripped when removing item. Will not recommend this product.Board works well. It's not difficult to assemble but the instructions are not totally clear. Ended with a couple of pieces of plastic that don't know where they go.What a waste of money! The white board came damaged on one side and can’t be used. So disappointed, we waited well over a week with prime for it to be delivered.Missing parts. You will still see the marks after erase. The holder does not hold anything
