Overall, the board is VERY sturdy and high quality. It was easy to put together, and comes with a TON of extras and accessories, like markers, an eraser, even a magnetic ruler!! (among many other tchotchkes that you'd spend at least $25-30 if you bought separately at Staples etc.). In summary this whiteboard is like a boardroom on wheels - it literally checked all the boxes I was looking for.After I put it together, I noticed there was a bit of minor cosmetic damage on one of the corners of the board (I blame UPS because the driver was very rough w/ the package). The packaging itself was very sturdy/top-notch. The corner was basically scratched, and it did not affect the function of the board. I obviously wasn't happy about this so I emailed the Zenguin support email provided in the packaging.To my surprise, I got a reply back in 20 minutes from - get this - the CEO of the company (Daniel)!!! The first thing he did was assure me that they'd send a replacement to make sure the issue was taken care of. I politely declined because honestly, who cares about a little scratch!!! But it was still good to know that this company ACTUALLY cares about its customers which is pretty darn rare these days.The CEO was kind and patient enough to actually ask me questions about the specifics of the scratch to help them improve the packaging even more and to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future. Again, my personal opinion is that it was the UPS driver, and not anything having to do w/ their packaging. In any case I was happy to share this and was a happy camper feeling heard about my issue.Personally I've worked in logistics for long enough to know that with large products like this, accidents happen and there will always be some risk of an occasional "scratch and dent" situation. Not the fault of the manufacturer no matter how you package it, just get unlucky every once in a while with a UPS or Fedex driver having a rough day and taking it out on the deliveries.The most important takeaway here is that I didn't even have to contact Amazon - I just emailed Zenguin support and they fully resolved my issue and even offered to replace the board to ensure my satisfaction. Honestly I didn't want to wait and you can barely see the scratch so it was just impressive that (1) a live human being repsonded so quickly and (2) we didn't have to do the whole dance to negotiate my satisfaction. They just like, literally made me happy with no questions asked. I rarely write reviews but I'm just so impressed with them especially considering some of my other experiences on Amazon. I highly recommend buying this board not only because it's a great board but because this company will take care of you.Easy to assemble and setup. Great tool for our in home classes.I ordered a whiteboard from another brand and it arrived damaged (creases in the board) and they did absolutely nothing to help. So I ordered one of the Zenguin boards and, as my luck would have it, it also came damaged in the same exact way! I noticed they included a direct email address to contact them in case of any issue, so I reached out and they got back to me within the hour which was very impressive. They explained that big products are prone to damage like this during shipping and they shipped out a replacement board that day. I love the board and I just wanted to make a PSA that you should contact them directly if there is any issue with the board. You're welcome :)I was surprised at how sturdy this whiteboard is. The wheels lock securely and the whole product is of very high quality. The only small thing is that the included eraser is trash, as are most of the other included features, but I’d still definitely recommend this product for the price and would (and probably will) purchase again!They sent me the wrong size and color but it works I guess ?‍♂️It was real easy to assemble. You just add the wheels and screw in a couple bars and set the white board on top. I really like it. This one had the best accessory package and was a good price. The writing pad that comes with is it really big and is my favorite part of it. I will mostly write down my goals on it and look at it everyday. I don't want ink to dry on the board if I leave it on too long. I might consider a 2nd one for a different part of my home.I purchased the Zenguin mobile whiteboard a few weeks ago. I got the 48 inch by 36 inch model. Setup was easy and the detailed instructions were helpful. There is a video available for the directions, but I simply followed the instructions listed. Setup took approximately 20-25 minutes total. I like that the kit comes with a Phillips head and hexagonal key tool needed for assembly. You won't need a screw driver or drill. I have been using this whiteboard in our studio. I own a company dedicated to news delivery. We have been using this whiteboard during our morning meetings to talk about news content ideas. Note this kit also includes the markers and eraser for use. I bought some Expo markers but haven't needed to use them yet.Overall, very pleased with our purchase. I certainly will consider Zenguin if we need more whiteboards in our operation.Setup photos attached.The accessories they packed with this are exactly what I actually use.
