Wall painted 3x. 1x, directions not followed. So, bought 2x, result clumped patches and ink that would not fully erase. Our fab painter did 1st 2 attempts. 3x, I watched instructional videos several times, followed directions exactly and have a hot mess on our walls. Like our painter's experience, paint is super thick (like peanut butter) and this time, we have loads of clumped paint patches. Even if it erases this time, it doesn't matter. The wall looks awful and will have to be sanded smooth and repainted with something else. The neg reviews are spot on, except Customer service. I had a positive experience after the 2nd failed wall, company shipped paint for 3rd attempt. Now, I'm convinced that it's the product, not the applicant. Going with chalkboard paint and dustless chalk. Chalkboard paint is more consistent in achieving the desired result. Buyer beware?⚠ Also, YouTube video comparing remarkable, rustoleum, and ideapaint, by a seemingly neutral, is a remarkable promo.
